Terrible service. I called the shop to make sure someone is there as I needed a set of key to cut. Mr Mackay advised me to come in the morning, at 9:30 when he opens the shop. I arrived a few minutes earlier then I waited until 10 am - he was still a no show. This not how you run a business. :(
