Had a similar experience to the last review , Business seemed helpful and polite over the phone. Iam currently still locked out my car and going to look for another company. I was advised I would get a call back after giving my address and phone number the next day as they were too busy that day. its now been a day and a half since that and have Got nothing back and called and got no reply. I get the impression they pick and choose jobs.. I was recommended this business by a friend and disappointed by their attitude. Communication goes a long way even a text to say that the schedule is fully booked for weekend etc.
Made an appointment for door to be opened but they failed to turn up. Disappointed at the lack of relability.
Still awaiting a call back for an emergency vehicle entry. Took my details and never even bothered to get back to me or return calls.

Nice people to deal with, every type of security service you can think of. Good wee shop with lots of quality products at pretty fair high street prices. Will do you a deal on bulk key cutting. I think they also operate a 24 hour call-out for emergencies. Even opened up on a Sunday morning once so I could have a specialist key cut. Small businesses stay successful this way, and I hope I never have to find another locksmith again.
