Never ever go to these guys if you don't have at least 30 ! So, I approached these guys for some help on my Visa extension and they got 150 to book an appointment. After 4 days , I was confident enough to apply it by myself so called these guys back to cancel my appointment. No advice, No Service, No help and they charged me 30 for cancellation. This wasn't mentioned anywhere in the website nor in the emails from representative. A very tricky and strategical method of earning money. After all they are solicitors and know how to trick ! 30 wasn't a big deal comparing 3000 application - but keeping it as hidden fees is not fair !!Finally - the refund is going to be 28 days whereas all financial transactions take not more than 7 working days for refund. Waste of time , money and energy !

I'm only giving 1 star because I cannot give 0 stars. Avoid this company, especially the Glasgow office in particular. We used them and regretted it. Were nice as pie initially, but as soon as they had the money they were brutal . The lawyer assigned to us made mistake after mistake, including sending the wrong visa.... My partner told them this but they didn't listen! My partner's return was delayed by weeks because of this company. They even told us to Google visa offices! That's what we were paying you for!! Seriously - save your time and money... Go elsewhere.
I arranged a telephone consultation with Ms Hind when I was in urgent need of some advice. The call did not come. I chased. No one could get hold of her. Over 2 hours later still no call so I cancelled and asked for my money back. Have been told this will take a month to be refunded. No explanation of why I didn't get a call. Was let down at a time of great need and stress.
