Professional from the start , made the process very smooth

Three days to be told a sketchy answer with no actual reasons Only take in cases they know they can win 100% Better going to a reputable solicitor company and saving yourself time and money.

total waste of time going with this company for personal injury or accidents my son has been waiting nearly 3 years for them to deal with it .. there greedy and inconsistent.. I was forced by the lawyer to presue other doctors when I wanted the case over as quick as possible putting my son through more stress and trauma on reliving the whole matter all because digby brown want more money .. stay clear

I did not have a very good experience with DB. They were defeated at the first hurdle when the insurance company replied to there letter. At the end all i recieved was a letter telling me they were closing my personal injury claim. Very dissapointed especially after listening and watching there adverts.

After speaking to one of the partners directly on the phone, I was less than impressed by her manner and conduct. Given that she is a partner, I would have expected better from her. If she cannot conduct herself in an appropriate manner, then this really does leave a lot to be desired. I feel that it is appropriate to share this since a partner in one of Scotland's oldest firms should conduct herself in a better manner. No one should be spoken rudely to on the phone, and when I am relaying information to a solicitor, I do not expect to be continually interrupted. This is not an acceptable way for someone to conduct themselves. After this review was posted, I had subsequently received an email from Digby Brown asking that I reflect on the 'scathingly negative' (this is in the words of Digby Brown) review that I have issued online. Upon reflection, I fully stand by my comments that the service was atrocious. As mentioned in an email to Fraser Oliver on the 12/9/18, the very fact that one of his senior partners could not even pass on the correct information to him is worrying. I had refrained from posting this originally, but as I was offered by Digby to reflect on my personal experience and therefore I have included this. I had wanted to save them for the embarrassment that a senior partner was unable to differentiate between her not making any further contact as opposed to the company as a whole not making contact when I spoke to her.In that regard, I would not be able to recommend Digby Brown.
