They really don't care about data being collected correctly. They lie saying they call when I get no messages or even a miss call. They are seriously overlooking the GDPR procedure. ESURE get your act together!
I have just had my car insurance cancelled by Esure due to a few payments being few days late. I have been with this insurer for 2 yrs and only owe 180 for ther rest of the year. I have never missed a payment in two yrs just a few have been late. Absolutely disgusted with this company . they dont even rate one star & customer service is appallingJoanna Blair

If you want to be on hold for ages when you try to phone then use this company. Absolutely useless
One star is far too good, but there is no zero star option... After faxing them (yes, faxing was the only option according to them) my proof of of no claims from previous insurer they canceled my insurance (as apparently they didn't receive it) and did not let me know about that fact!!!!!! This has resulted with me being stopped by police and revceifing IN10 (driving without valid insurance),hefty fine, 6 points and my car has been seized to a compound, and finally, because at this time I possessed my driving license for less than two years - it has been revoked (and I was working as a rep at the time)... One thing I learned - never buy the cheapest insurance from comparison sites, or at least read their reviews first...AVOID AVOID AVOID
