THE WORST HEALTH INSURANCE EVER!!My family and me have Cigna for more then one year and we always payed everything to have the best health plan at all (which is always very expensive). Now I did an endoscopy exam and it shows that I have reflux, which a lot of people have in all over the world. Cigna just call me now saying that they would not pay the exam and believe it or not, they are not going to pay me anymore anything related to gastro or intestinal subjects.SHAME OF CIGNA GLOBAL!! THEY CHEAT THE CLIENTS!!!GIGNA NEVER MORE!!
Listen up! I payed $2,900/year for 15 visits to most specialist.Prior to my purchase, I made sure that I would not have to pay the consultation fees and that I would be insured upon visit. I was told to email customer care the details of the specialist (phone #, email, address) and they would contact them for you to pay your visit so youd be ready to go (nice customer service gesture, yeah)?Come to find out.. he made a mistake with that part and that CIGNA needs their customers to pay the consultation fee and claim it after. What the....! Honesty and communication is the key to any positive relationship: business/family/work. Pretty upsetting after already paying them nearly $3,000.If youre traveling and dont have a lot of money to pay hundreds of dollars for doctor visits, stay away from this business.

They were prompt on collecting premiums, and still drag out paying on claims. I'm into my second month; been told multiple times it'll be 2-3 days. I dropped them and went with someone else. Oh, and not just because of the claim. Four months ago I began to ask them to change my address. It never changed. I couldn't do it online. Couldn't do it by phoning. This is the most apothetic company I've delt with in years. I wouldn't be surprised if they were a cable TV monopoly once. Oh, and when you email them, they don't reply. You have to phone two days later and talk to them and then they'll tell you "yes, I see that in your email you sent two days ago."
