Exceptional personalised service - without the hefty price tag!Cannot thank Martin and the boys enough for what they manged to do for us. We had time and budget constraints as well as cultural requests which were respected. However, we were thrilled when they delivered well beyond our expectations. The venue is actually one of the prettiest I've seen; well maintained and tastefully decorated. The viewing room in their parlour is gorgeous, generous in size and ideal for a small/private service.My late grandfather was beautifully presented and it was clear that he was treated with dignity and respect.We were given more than enough time to say our final goodbyes and we truly appreciated the refreshments on arrival. The team at Malone & Fox were extremely accommodating - allowing us to have our small service in the evening. We never felt judged or that they wanted to upsell anything. We saved over 1,000 by using these guys.If you want a beautiful funeral, excellent service and exceptional value for money, use Malone & Fox.
Very thoughtful and considerate at such a difficult time. Nothing was too much trouble. They made everything very straight forward and they were over 1000 cheaper than anyone else since they are independent. Plus no sales pushes what so ever. Amazing service and a great price. Highly recommended. I'll be using them again for sure.
I cant thank this company enough. From the minute we went to arrange my mums funeral they showed compassion, empathy and total professionalism. They advised us without any pressure and took all our wishes on board and her funeral was so dignified and perfect. The after care was excellent and I would absolutely recommend this company. I cannot recommend this company highly enougth. They were incredibly professional, compassionate and caring in dealing with the sudden death of a young adult, and made the process as easy as possible in very difficult circumstances. On the day of the funeral they helped make the whole experience a dignified and respectful occasion. They communicated really well throughout our dealings, and both their florist and recommended Celebrant were excellent.
