returned a Mac charger yesterday as I had wrongly purchased one. No questions asked, the staff were brilliant and it will definitely encourage me to go back and I might even treat myself. I think Apple are becoming customer focused once more.
Store location is perfect, in the middle of Glasgow most popular Buchanan street. Nice building, as one apple would choose around the world. Store 4 stars, service could improve- 3 Staff shall be much more knowledgeable of it's products. Products are overpriced as usual. Apple software and ecosystem are restrictive, you already knew that.
Very good service from all the staff at the apple store happy to help went in with my phone which the cameras never work and they were happy to give me a new with with no charge. The staff are always up for a chat. I also love how the store is laid out but i did prefer the old one with the glass staircase.
Lots of attentive staff. Not as good as its bigger Edinburgh store which has a far greater range of products and expertise. However still a good standalone experience in the Glasgow store.
An amazing building with plenty of space for the people to roam around. The way apple products are arranged is splendid. Enough staffs to attend to the customers. Dealings are so good. They explain everything about the products and help us to choose the right one. Payments options are simple and quick. All the products are presented in a clean and ordered manner. Student discounts are available in this shop. Overall, a great place to do apple shopping.
