Just completed a workshop session at Apple Braehead. Was Draw with IPad session. Had Megan , she is enthuusiastic, full of passion, knowledge as well brilliant as tailoring her approach to your needs. Megan is a fantastic asset to Store. Well done! And keep up the great work! Kudos to her and your team !
Poor customer service from manager on today 13/12/18. Bought a watch and it has faulty strap and he would not replace it as he said it was accidental damage and he hasnt seen the strap showing these signs before. What a lot of rubbish. Watch was worn 3 times. It was not damaged in any way. Terrible that you can buy a watch from a company like Apple and they can do this. If you buy a jacket and the stitching come away then shop would replace. Finished with apple now. Email getting sent to head office and phoning customer complaints. Absolute Joke.
Visited the shop for an iPhone repair and the service was very good. Attentive staff and didn't have to wait too long for my issue to be resolved. As with most Apple spaces it looks very clean and minimal with good tech.
Fantastic assistance from the staff. Took a long time to get seen to, including multiple visits, but eventually got my laptop fixed and found and repaired issues I didn't even know I had (battery was going to die soon). So yea, it can take a while, but well worth the wait!!!
