I have a major phobia of dentists due to a childhood dental visit, usually I have to be sedated to have any kind of dental work done, recently I had to have two teeth removed in an emergence and did not have time to arrange sedation, I visited Partick Dental Practice and my dentist Paul was fantastic, he made me feel so at ease and managed to remove both teeth for me without me being very stressed, this is a major achievement as I usually have panic attacks if not sedated, thank you Paul for your understanding and expertise in dental care, I would have no hesitation in recommending you to anyone as their dentist.
Have just had all my top teeth done by Alan with the help of the rest of the staff. Best dentist I have been to from the front desk all the way through, extremely helpful friendly and professional.Now thinking about the bottom teeth!Thanks guys
Good communications (the texts are helpful reminders, especially as I am hearing disabled and don't do phone calls), friendly staff, individual care - I never feel like "a number". Care is taken to review my file before I come. They never pressure me into unnecessary products or services. Short wait times and quick but thorough service.
The reception staff have an attitude and are just horrible people and the dentists are unhelpful. Absolutely avoid this dentist at all costs!! Would have given no stars if could have. The lack of empathy is astounding
