I highly recommend The Berkeley Clinic. The teeth whitening treatment is superb and it has meant that I can give the big toothy grin that I am well known for, instead of the awkward tight-lipped smile that I adopted when I grew self-conscious about my dull, yellowing teeth. It was not only the treatment that I was impressed with, though. The staff were absolutely wonderful; reassuring, friendly and very accommodating. I was also given some great dental advice about my teeth in general, despite having only gone in for the whitening. I wish I could remember the names of everyone (dentists and dental assistants alike) who made my experience so positive, but I'm afraid there's no treatment for my dull, yellowing brain just yet :)Once again, a highly recommended dental clinic, both for the treatment itself and the exemplary customer service.
Best dentist I have been to.. you get what you pay for. I don't write many reviews but I feel like Berkley deserve one. The woman treating me gave me tons of helpful tips and explained stuff really well when it came to oral health. My experience has always been awful with other clinics/practices as they were always vague when explaining dental health and would ridicule me for questions such as; amalgam fillings and the effects on my health etc. Instead they gave me some good advice on who to speak to about my concern with amalgams and she showed me how to effectively clean my teeth and gums.
The Berkeley Clinic is a warm and friendly practice. My entire family comes here and we have done for years. I never feel anxious and if I have any questions, I can ask without feeling stupid! Mike and the team are always top notch. Welcoming is always warm and sitting in the waiting room feels like home. Dental team so highly trained leaving with the smile I want when I leave - usually within the same day!
