I never have such an open, friendly environment in a cathedral like this one. It's not big but it has warm atmosphere. You will learn a lot about the bishops of England and Scotland. It also has a underground tomb which is also a place for you to express your wish, anger, or any other feelings. The outside view also very beautiful in a sunny day.
Amazing experience! Really huge cathedral. You can buy a book inside with all the history about it. The cathedral is well maintained. You are allowed to access the majority of rooms. The clock inside is unique. Some tombstones have explanations and history. It is a must go to know this place, even if you do not believe in God.
Beautiful place with incredible stained glass a great nave and altar, the pulpit is beautifully crafted, the place gives you a sense of peace and serenity even without a private space for reflection given that is an open space....Great displays of the old bible, the organ is beautiful... free entrance and great photo opportunities...
Went for my granddaughter's school choir performance as part of Childline Concert. Acoustics very good. Staff lovely and helpful. Cathedral is a magnificent building and must see in Glasgow. Love it.
beautiful monument to Scottish history. Amazing stained glass and beautiful arches adorn the cathedral. A true history of Scotland showing the architecture and history of Scotland. so many beautiful photographs. One of the best cathedrals we've seen in our travels in the UK. Everyone from Glasgow should visit this cathedral at least once - if the tourists manage it, so can we!
