A true iconic building in Glasgow at Nelson Mandela Place you can pop in for a cup of tea at this church. It has lot history attached to it also they commissioed the sculpture of the homeless christ sleeping on the park bench. Its one stunning work of art that alone is worth the visit to Church.
The only place in Glasgow where I can escape the pressures of the world, the service in the caf is top notch and the cakes are baked on the premises and are adding inches to my waist line. So good I'm prepared to trek for miles and miles just to take in the ambience. I stumbled across the door one day by accident (although I would say that God took me there) and I have found my spiritual family. I have been welcomed, accepted and as a result I am happy, safe and content.
