I left my car with a quarter tank, so about 15 quid worth of petrol in it, and returned to a completely empty tank. I was lucky to make it to the petrol station. Upon asking what happened, apparently my car was left with the engine on and heating on full for over an hour "to dry it". Now there are several things wrong with this, first being that I could drive for an hour at speed in my car and still only use that much petrol, second being that it is 23 degrees outside, making the heating entirely pointless. Now I have no idea if this is actually what happened or if they just straight up skimmed petrol out my car, but either way I won't be back. Which is a shame cause my car looks great.
After last car wash I found on the roof in one spot many scratches, some of them are 10-15 inch long, I heard from inside the car that one of the car wash employers excessively scrub bird poo on the roof but I ignored that. When I came back to the car-wash to tell boss that he have to warn his employees to be more careful, because they make damage to the cars paint, he called me a liar! I do not recommend that car wash any more.
