Bit of a rip off on prices. They can charge what they want as there is little competition. Charge Large car prices for medium cars and also (illegally) charge 50p tariff for credit cards.
Useless - paid 45 quid and didnt even hoover the back seat. Doors not even wiped properly and dirt from shoes on the doors left untouched. Dont easte your money.
As there were no prices displayed, I asked the man how much for a valet. He asked if he could look in the back of my car (which happens to have seat covers to protect the upholstery as its a lease car), after which he decided to say 30. I thought this was a bit steep and asked what kind of valet Id get for that. He replied wash outside. I then said and if i wanted the inside done? to which he replied 80 I thought I must have misunderstood so to clarify I said is it 8 for a wash and 30 for inside valet?. He replied No, is 80 for valet...eight zero To which I replied Ill just leave it thanks I cant imagine theyll do much business at 30 for a wash and 80 for a valet, particularly given the reviews! Daylight robbery!
Its pretty pricey for what you get. I opted for the gold plus package at 25, the cup holders were not cleaned nor the centre console. Still marks on the outside of the car and a huge smear on the back window. Not overly impressed. The guys who work there are a good laugh but wont be returning as other places cheaper who do a better job.
Operatives somehow managed to completely snap the passenger side chair mechanism, rendering it useless unless you are 4 foot tall and have legs the size of carrots.Once a complaint was made, (the operatives on question suddenly "didn't understand/ couldn't speak English" so you get the big boss' phone number) the owner refused to acknowledge any wrong doing, shouting down the phone that "you got no proof (sic)".Another "dindunuffin" company, which is a shame due to the prices they charge.
