The food was fine and my Bloody Mary was spicy but our (prebooked) group of 9 were not made to feel welcome, I'd say we were tolerated at best. I certainly left feeling I'd never go back. More of a "you'll have had your tea" than a Glasgow welcome.
Staff are pleasant. Food is lovely. My favourite place to go for breakfast! Never had any issues in here, always a nice experience.
Back for brunch after probably a 15 year hiatus. Still a great place for Sunday brunch. Lovely coffee and full Scottish for me (and avocado toast with a poached egg for my wife). Nice trip down memory lane - will be back!
While good to visit at any time of year, the Christmas menu was incredible, free from cliches but full of heritage. Three-course heaven and great wines to pair with. Thank you for the experience and excellent service and have a Happy Christmas.
Great atmosphere, truly Scottish cuisine. I had the venison and would highly recommend it. Nice staff. A bit pricey but worth the price.
