Terrible customer service. We purchased a Pure Evil print last week. When it arrived we noticed straight away that there was a buckle in the picture due to poor framing. There was also no mount on the print which we found strange! When my husband called the Gallery today a lady told him they would not take responsibility for it and would under no circumstances help. This print clearly needs to be re framed by a professional, which will cost a great deal. Very disappointed in the service and the way we have been treated. I do hope others heed this review.
