Probably the worst experience I have ever had trying to book a holiday . Wasnt interested in what type of accommodation we wanted or offered seats on plane , only thing she was interested in was grabbing payment machine . Awful !! Cumbernauld are 100% better than Glasgow Fort nightmare !!
