Staff were very helpful as they were perfectly happy to answer questions about the brand and seemed very knowledgeable about it (I am doing a project in uni about the brands identity)

As far as tools go especially cordless ones theres no other place worth buying from, yes its expensive but there top quality tools. The staff in this particular store are great particularly Chris, hes a typical Glasgow character. Hilti also provides a great tool service and repair deal which is second to none.
