Great physio in a great west end location. Liam got my knee sorted after a serious football injury and managed to avoid potential surgery.
Further to my GP advising that physiotherapy would prove beneficial to overcome my significant shoulder pain, I opted for the KM Woods Practice and commenced a series of appointments with the excellent Liam Roberts. He swiftly identified the source of the problem and started me on a series of exercises, steadily progressing from resistant band activity through to free weights exercises. Liam was very knowledgeable regarding the complexities of the shoulder muscles & nerves system and also gave good advice re the likely recovery time. I am now playing golf again and am not being woken through inflammation pain. I highly recommend Liam & K M Woods.
I attended this practice recently in the West End and saw Liam, for a recurring knee injury from running. Having seen many physios over the years for this condition, Liam was the first to identify that the issue was actually originating from a muscular issue in my hip! Very impressed with a clearly knowledgeable physio, who made treatment & exercises interesting and sport specific. I'm now back doing 10k running pain free!! All in all, highly recommended, and a lovely bunch in the clinic.
