Not bad, apart some people should be learned how to park. Prepaid cards should have only priority, waiting for a space over 30min is unacceptable.
Car park not very secure
Residents should have priorities over spaces in the car park, I just waited 30mins for a space despite there being 12spaces, when I pressed the entry button to inform the attendant of the error and was told basically he couldn't let us in or override the system, I know that was a lie as this has happened before, when I asked for the attendant name I was told he doesn't have to give me his name and he then hung up on me.
This car park recently changed its prices, in an upward direction of course, despite the fact that the facilities have not been improved and the "security entry" is always open. This new charging structure means that, if you enter the car park before 6pm and leave after 6pm, you are charged an "overnight flat rate" of 2.50, additional to the daily charge. This means that I was charged 4.00 for 1 hour 20 mins of parking, almost as expensive as parking on the street. When I challenged this amount by pressing the "help" button on the pay machine, I was told to look at the new tariff, posted on a nearby wall. Well, this new "tariff" does not make it clear that this "overnight" charge will be applied if you enter before 6pm and leave after 6pm. Well done though, well done for making such ambiguous rules that ensure that you receive extra revenue for doing absolutely nothing.
