Great place for walking the dog or just having a wander. Mostly flat. Play area for kids. Swans, ducks etc. Lots to see.
Well needed green enclave in the city. Shame people feed the birds and fish with white bread, despite being told by countless sings not to do so. Also, no toilets, so stay strong!
Not really changed much. Popular 30-minute walk-round park. As elsewhere, lack of toilet facilities is a drawback.
A nice man-made pond, great to take the family around for a walk and feed the birds. Play areas could do with being upgraded. Toilet facilities and usually some sort of van for a hot drink on colder days.
A lovely place for a family day out. You can watch and feed the birds (wholemeal bread only), go to the playgrounds, walk around the lake or have your picnic by the water ( watch out for cheeky swans trying to get hold of your sausages). Parking spaces are few so make sure you make an early start on a sunny and warm day.
