like- Good value for the burger, fries and drink. - - - Well worth the money. - Burger are fine for that price. - Staff are friendly. dont like - its so cold to sit inside - late opening, was here 11.20am, the shop not open. - no toilet
Food & price was outstanding. Friendly staff whom efficiently served up our order. The seated area is functional but in no way luxourios hence not a full 5 stars. Still great value. We'll be bk. Solid 4 & a half.
Super lovely place. I ordered a meal but didn't want a drink so the girl at the till put some extra fries in. The burger (one with hash browns I think?) and the fries were delicious

If I could give less then one star I would. I placed my order for delivery at 1:30am Got an email confirmation saying it would be delivered by 3:00am. An hour and a half wait is long and bad enough. But of course I want my food so I just wait. Then its nearly 3:30 and my food still hasnt arrived. I decided to call and get told my order hasnt even left the restaurant yet and they have to wait for the driver to come back. So Ive been waiting for my food for 2 hours and all I get is an apology. Its now 3:52 am. Food still isnt here. Tried ringing and no response. Im going to add that the restaurant is 10 minutes away. And its now 4 am. The roads arent busy. Food finally arrived at 4:15. What a disgrace. Tried calling multiple times to cancel and nobody picked up. Wasnt going to pay but I felt bad for the man delivering. Never ordering from this chain again. Got zero apology or notification it would be so late. Disgusted with the customer treatment
