I would highly recommended The Real Laundry Co. Fantastic company with professional, helpful and friendly staff. Not often these days you get this level of service. Free pick up and delivery to local addresses. My first time using this company was to have two cream rugs cleaned. I didn't hold out much hope as they were old and had lay in a cupboard for an age. They came up beautifully (apart from a stain which i knew about). The lady told me they had cleaned them twice to try to get rid of the stain, most of which was gone...free of charge! I was absolutely delighted with both rugs and am having another collected this week. First class.
I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Great team of people who go out of their way to offer a first class service - very pleased!!
Can't completely knock them because I have had 1 good experience but the 2nd time was frustrating. 4 people in the house and I was downstairs, they tried to tell me they attempted delivery when I called the following day to query. I called back because I remembered we were all home and downstairs. No option to collect my item as they don't do delivery on the weekend and the item was in their vanHowever 10 minutes later the woman did call back and said they could deliver today.The driver came to the door and when I asked him if he rang the correct door yesterday he suggested I may have been sleeping, right after I told him two of us were sitting having a chat in the room downstairs.Poor overall attitude and a bit cheeky to be honest but worth using if you don't have time to drop and collect itemsJust don't send anything you need back by a specific time.

Service from this place was excellent!! Myself and a work colleague dropped in some overalls while working with no issues at all, very welcoming place! Shame I didn't live closer to use them again. Thanks
