waited nearly 15 mins today , while 3 staff spoke to 1 customer at this time of year not what I want from an independent retailer I had used so many times previously.... ended up going elsewhere....(warren James)I wont be back
excellent service, very friendly and efficient. I ordered the wrong watch, it was replaced without fuss.
Really excellent service. I first bough a watch as a gift from Eternity that I could not find in stock anywhere else, I decided I wanted a watch myself and even though I am down in West Yorkshire I had no hesitation in using them again, I dealt with Greg and the service was once again fantastic, my watch arrived next day and he had taken a link out of the strap for me too.
