The owner of the shop is a conman. I purchased 10 batteries from this shop. The owner placed two incorrect ones into the bundle, this only became apparent when I opened them to put into my bike lights. I returned within 24hrs receipt in-hand to be told he would not take them back. No customer service skills or human decency on display from the owner. I will not give this shop another pound of my money.
Unhelpful and arrogant
Bit expensive, but stocks more or less everything one could think of. Winning location.
Awful service. Bought a faulty product and was accused of using it inappropriately when trying to return it.There was no replacement stock so I was advised my only option was to pay more for a similar product. I was also forced to go to a bank machine as the price difference was less than the minimum card spend limit. All-round terrible service, won't be using again.
Super convenient. Shop has everything you may need from B&Q but located right in your neighborhood. Prices are very fair, large variety of goods. Staff were friendly and quick to offer their services. Customer service was excellent. Would recommend.
