Nice and spacious gym. All equipments are in good condition. Not much crowded apart from Mondays.
I've been a member with this Gym for over 2 years. Just over a month ago my pin stopped working, I tried everything even changing membership type. I reached out to the staff for support, which was difficult as they are only available certain times of the day and I work night shift, I gave my contact details but every time they failed to come back to me. When I finally expressed my frustration I was told that I'm annoying them and was threatened by a member of staff. Terrible customer experience
Not too many posers. Running machines are a bit basic. Easy process for a day pass. Would use again.
One of the better gyms iv been at. never to busy at the time i go at. no issues with using any equipment. plus fitquest machine is relatively good
Great staff and trainers. Good equipment and never usually too busy that you have to wait a long time to use some of the more popular pieces of equipment. Lockers are available also and changing facilities are spacious and well equipped. Good gym.
