Service was second to none. The shop is well presented. They have a full range. Staff are knowledagable, friendly and personable. The tablets and tv casting feature; to display options on large displays, in each area. Are a nice touch.We dealt with Scott. He was very helpful and accommodating. Not pushy in the slightest. Answered everything (and there were countless questions). Patient and honest. He genuinely wanted us to be happy with our purchase... and we were.

My wife and I were looking for a sofa so the first port of call was to DFS. There was free parking available and there was spaces. The show room was spacious, clean and the displays neat and tidy. We walked the full length of the showroom and even entered into the space at the back where the ex display models are kept. The store was busy however there was plenty of sales staff available who were not engaged with customers. We did not receive an acknowledgement when we entered, no one approached us and no one asked if we required any assistance. We actually stood at a display but alas no one engaged us in conversation so we left and tried our hunt for a sofa elsewhere, maybe we didn't look like buyers.
I have to agree with last review. If I could give them no stars I would. Bought extended warranty which I've now found 2 years down the line is not warranty but accidental damage cover. This is not sold as accidental damage cover but sold as warranty. Call Tony the manager and this man has no customer service skills. Very evasive and rude. His sales staff is still selling the non Warranty as warranty as my parents have just signed for a new sofa 3 weeks ago. The repair man said the sofa cushions won't be replaced due to them replacing them before. Had to get them replaced a short time after delivery as there was sagging of which I was told it was due to wrong foams in them. Don't go anywhere near this company as the after sales is terrible and customers when having issues are made to feel depressed and angry as the managers don't care and disconnects the call due to saying that I'm going around in circles. I have had to call today due to waiting 10 days for the manager to call of which he didn't. They just don't care! Now waiting on Head office complaints to get in touch.
