Based on my recent visit:Im really satisfied with the communication I had on WhatsApp. As I just dropped the message on an off day. But it ended up as the main source of information.I was guided well with the process and documents. Process time is in line with whats informed through website. Staff was cooperative and informed.Building was alright. Its an area with a lot of room for improvement.

Went there for passport renewal, the reviews for this place were awful. I expected the worst , I was pleasantly surprised. Every one was polite n accommodating . They could use bigger place n more staff. Overall thumbs up from me
No single pakistani consulate including London embasyy working duty hours and helping people, and no one will pick phone call at all, the Glasgow consulate is more worsen in this case, even their phone is dead for long time.Very unproffesiona people hired in Glasgow includin all over UK, they closed couslate well before duty hours and one is there to askVery disappointing.
We were seen promptly and had our paperwork dealt with in an efficient manner. Turned out we could have done things better our end but the consulate official solved the issue and we are very grateful for that and happy with the service. Thank you.
