I can't say anything for the business operations, but the director, Stewart Alexander, had agreed on principle to sell me gig tickets for my favourite band next week, as I was first to email and he said it was first come first serve I should have been entitled to all 4 but by the time I received his reply (within the same day) he had already sold 2, and then when he asked me to collect the remaining 2 tonight, and as I live out with Glasgow I couldn't, I offered for him to post them or I could have collected them from 4 days before up to the night of the gig, he emailed to say his wife had sold them. If this is the way he runs his business then I would avoid this firm.
Could not recommend these guys enough. When I called another electrician before A. Alexander & son they said they were fully booked and hung up on me when I was really in need of an emergency spark. It couldn't have been a more opposite story with this company. Great customer service, within half an hour they were out to my place and they had it fixed within 20 minutes. Brilliant service from start to finish!
Brilliant service and super efficient. Fantastic group of people, who really know what they are doing. Had some domestic work done in my house, David and Jack the electricians done an awesome job in sorting everything required. Wouldn't hesisiate to call again, fully recommend this company. Fom the beginning really professional service and all work carried out with warranty included. What more could you want!
