I liked this store. It's quite spacious. They have a food section and a cafe as well. Staff were nice as well.
Visited M&S Sauchiehall Street to buy a suit for a friend. We were confused to pick from wide range of collection. Adam from the customer service desk walked us through and helped us a lot. He was very patient and humble. Adam helped us ease the shopping and save a lot of time. Thank you Adam.
Nice to treat to a few luxuries, especially at Christmas time normally go to the outlet store but they didn't have sizes I was looking for so didn't mind spending a little bit more money. Staff friendly as usual and was nice that they were wishing all customers a merry Christmas individually.
Usually, I'm not someone who drinks flavoured coffee. Today, however, opted to take the risk.....well, when you saw the advertising poster....who could resist!!!Found it to be too sweet for my personal taste, much, much prefer the true coffee.There was also a festive offer for tea drinkers, which included a mince pie and clotted cream.....now that would be for another time.Thank you M&S cafe staff, happy holidays.
Why is the order collection point on the second floor as far away to the entrance as possible? Not quick or convenient. Why do they also need your inside leg measurements to collect an order? Surely the purpose of ordering online for in store collection is speed and efficiency....none of that in this store.
