A gem of a bookstore in Glasgows west-end. If being among wonky columns of old books is your idea if heaven then its a must visit. There is, as far as I can tell, little to no order to how books are stacked but you can always ask whoever is in for some direction. However, the point is to simply soak up the words and wisdom all around you. Allow at least 30 minutes to properly investigate round the shop and start finding wee hidden gems.
A blast from the past and a joy of a place. Books absolutely everywhere, which is the point if you think about it. We found some great books very quickly without even trying. Take care when you pull out books from the middle of a stack though - they may have a structural role.
